Stainless Steel Electric automatic Conveyor Powder Vacuum Feeder system
Electric Vacuum conveyor depend on the vacuum pump( CWVC series vacuum convevor depend on the vacuum generator).when vacuum pump working, make the vacuum hopper in a vacuum state, then the powder will be suction into vacuum hopper by suction mouth.
Then pneumatic discharge door will open, and the powder will fall into received equipment, The discharge door is closed automatically when finish feeding.then the whole conveying process start again.
The vacuum feeder machine consists of vacuum pump(oil-free or water-free, ), vacuum hopper, filter,compressed air anti-blowing device,pneumatic feeding door device, automatic material level control device, stainless suction nozzle, conveying hose. The whole equipment is well designed and manufactured.
